Built in 1898 by the 1st manager of the Hudson’s Bay store on land formerly owned by Nelson’s 1st physicians, our home is filled with history. Relax on the balcony and take in the view of the mountains, B.O.B & Kootenay Lake while you sip your morning coffee. Our home is spacious with 3 bedrooms & 2 full washrooms, kitchen, laundry room & private yard. A short walk to the shops on Baker st. and minutes to the beach at Lakeside park.

Additional rules information

-We will allow smoking ONLY in outside areas. **An additional $300 cleaning fee will be charged if any smoke smell has to be cleaned from the rooms.**
-Some events/small gatherings are permitted, please let us know details..
-Please lock all windows and doors before leaving the house.
-Please do not play loud music outside after 12am to avoid disturbing our neighbors.
-Please store your garbage in the black bags provided and place in the basement or in the porch. Do not place garbage outside as we have very active night critters in Nelson! (raccoons, skunks)
-Please place your recycling in the bins provided in the laundry room.
-Please clean up after your dog in the yard and keep them off of the furniture inside the house unless there is a cover/blanket they can lay on.
-If you use the fireplace, please do not light a fire and leave it unattended.
