About this property

Vino & Vines Beachside Retreat is a new half-duplex located a 3min walk to Okanagan Lake Beach. A perfect Penticton location to vacation with many restaurants and attractions at your doorstep.

The Space

Two bright and warm bedrooms, each with their own ensuite washroom and cable TVs, with another half bathroom on the main floor. There is also a pull-out couch in the living room which is great for children or to add another guest or two (sleeps 6 guests max). The open-concept main floor kitchen is perfect for mingling. This home has a quaint private backyard, complete with a BBQ, patio furniture, and a shed to store bikes, hockey equipment, skis, floaties, etc.!

There is 1 included and dedicated parking space, other parking is available on the street.

Enjoy comfortable beds, high speed Wi-Fi, board games, and more. The kitchen is also very well equipped with everything you could need (cooking oils, spices, etc.). There is also a laundry room, convenient for those longer stays.

Neighbourhood

Nestled right behind the “Bowmont Motel” on a quiet residential street, you’re steps from the Beach. Very close to the start of the famous Penticton Channel Float, SS Sicamous, restaurants, and walking distance to all downtown Penticton amenities. You’re also just blocks away from the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre and the South Okanagan Events Centre.

You are also just a short walk to many pubs/breweries, and Casino. There is also an adventure park close by which is great for children!

Close to tennis courts, parks, golf course, and the downtown area.

Dozens of wineries to visit as the start of the Naramata bench is only a 5min drive away or bring your bikes for a scenic ride through vineyards on the Kettle Valley Rail Trail.

For those of you that have an electric vehicle, there is a Brand new Tesla Supercharging Station located just up the road in the parking lot of Riverside Plaza.  Charge your car while out for a coffee, or grabbing groceries.

Visiting in the winter? Apex Mountain Resort is a 40min drive away for Downhill/Nordic skiing, skating, snowshoeing, and tubing. For those wishing to stay closer to the Downtown area, visit the new Outdoor Skating Rink located by City Hall.

Famous Skaha Bluffs are located a 10min drive away – a rock climber’s paradise.

To promote an enjoyable stay and to be mindful of the neighbours, please note no excessive noise will be permitted (no parties or events of any kind) – we ask that you kindly respect the home just as if it were yours. For your privacy and information, kindly note there is an exterior doorbell cam (security camera/surveillance) at the front door, and at the Front of the House pointing toward the Car Port, with NONE indoor of course. Out of respect for our Neighbours, we ask that you please observe our Quiet Hours between 10pm and 7am.

No unauthorized parties/gatherings (100% strict) or entire booking is subject to immediate cancellation/termination without refund and loss of deposit. Party = any additional people beyond the number of guests on the reservation. Guest agrees without dispute.

No unregistered guests please - maximum of 6 overnight guests and all overnight guests must be registered.

Absolutely no pets of any kind permitted.

No Smoking (of any kind) or Vaping (of any kind) anywhere inside the house.

Please do not bring Sporting Equipment through the house (Bikes, Skis, Hockey Equipment, Floatees, etc.) . Please Store all equipment in the shed located in the secured backyard.
